Stable and Smooth Operation

I've had the Sizzix Big Shot Plus machine for a few weeks and so far its best features have been its stability and smooth die cutting abilities.

Just like the big shot machine only larger and wider. I can cut my large dies now and can cut multiple regular dies. I Love this machine

Love it, I have had the small version for some time and love that one. I ended
up buying a die and to my surprise it was too large for my small bit shot. I
received the big shot plus and have used it and am very pleased with it

Don't Expect Fast Shipping or Customer Service

I had never had an issue with CraftDirect until this order. Not only was it slow shipping, but when I reached out to customer service, their automated response was fast, but actual help was slow and they didn't even contact me to really address the issue until after the delivery. Will not be ordering again. Sorry to lose such a nice business from my suppliers.
