CURIO 2 Flatbed Cutting Machine - Silhouette

The Silhouette CURIO 2 is a flatbed cutting machine built around a spacious 12" x 12" work area with 20mm of vertical clearance — enough headroom to work on thicker materials that a standard rotary machine can't touch. Because it's a flatbed design rather than a roller system, the CURIO 2 holds material flat and still while it cuts, which matters once you're working with anything beyond thin paper or vinyl. The included AutoBlade automatically detects and adjusts to the material you're using, and the electrostatic cutting surface holds your material in place without a cutting mat.

Bluetooth wireless cutting and Print & Cut capability round out the connected side of the machine, and a Silhouette Studio software download comes included, along with 100 exclusive designs and a one-month Design Store subscription after registration. Silhouette Studio v4.5.700 or higher is required, running on Windows 10 or later or macOS 10.14 or later. Optional add-on tools — a heat pen, power engraver, leather punch, embossing tool, and pen holder — are sold separately, so the machine can grow into etching, embossing, and engraving projects as your crafting expands beyond paper and vinyl.
