Salutations No. 2 Collection Kit - Echo Park

Sad to say I placed my order, waited a week then messaged asking when it will ship. No response. 2nd message I suddenly had a shipping notice sent. Now 2 more weeks later, it still says pre-transit. Reached out again, she said keep checking. Another week later reached out again asking for a refund as my order is still not in transit. No response. Don’t waste your money here. I feel like customer service doesn’t care and they still have my money. I will have to reach out AGAIN and hopefully talk to someone else who will actually help.
