Probably one of the most under-appreciated cartridges in the Cricut<\/a><\/strong> lineup, the Paper Dolls Teen Scene cartridge<\/strong> is among my personal favorites. So many cute and fun projects can be made from this one cartridge, so I will share a few of my own:<\/p>\n

Paper Doll Teen Scene Cards
\n<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Graduation cards<\/h3>\n

To give you an idea of what kind of direction to take, I made a card for a boy and a girl. Both were made in part with the Paper dolls Teen Scene cartridge and both of the teens were cut out at 4 inches. The overall size of the cards is 5 x 5 inches.<\/p>\n

The “Happy Graduation” is from the Happy Graduation cartridge at 1.5 inches. This one may be difficult to find on the web, so you might have to make do with another Cricut cartridge<\/strong>. Now that I think of it, you will probably want to include something like “Class of ’14”. Making your cards with quality cardstock<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0will ensure a better final result.\"graduation<\/p>\n

I went with sort of gender-specific colors, but keep in mind it would be a great idea to choose the school colors of the teen in question.<\/p>\n

And the “You Did It” is from the Cake Basics cartridge, (that comes with the Cake Machines) at 4 inches.<\/p>\n

Graduation is an important part of each teen’s development so help them commemorate it with a beautiful card that they can have as a keepsake forever.<\/p>\n

Happy Birthday Card<\/h3>\n

This card was made using Paper doll Teen Scene and Create a Critter cartridge. The overall size of the card is 4 x 6 inches<\/p>\n

The Boy and all his layers are cut out at 5.5 inches and the “Happy Birthday” is from Create a Critter at 1.5 inches.<\/p>\n

This is a great cartridge for making all kinds of teen cards and layouts, as you can see.<\/p>\n

Thinking of You Card<\/h3>\n

This card is super easy and quick to make, for one of those days when you need a quick card to cheer up a friend or loved one in a moment of need.<\/p>\n

The card is 4 x 6 inches and made using the Paper Dolls Teen Scene Cartridge.<\/p>\n

The girl is cut out at 5.5 inches.<\/p>\n

With the messaging on this one, I made it easy on myself by simply stamping it on there rather than using a cartridge to create it.<\/p>\n

Paper Doll Teen Scene Layouts<\/h2>\n

Slumber Party Layout<\/h3>\n

Cards aren’t all I made. For more inspiration using the Paper Dolls Teen Scene cartridge, this 12 x 12 layout is perfect for cute noisy girls. You know the kind that come over for a sleepover with your daughter and stay up all night giggling! This is the perfect layout for your daughter’s scrapbook<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

The girls are cut out at 4.5 inches two of them at 5 inches and one at 5.5 inches.<\/p>\n

“Slumber Party” is cut out from Once Upon a Princess at 3.5 inches.<\/p>\n

I also used a 4 x 6 photo spot and then a 4 x 2 journal spot.<\/p>\n

A Night to Remember Prom Layout<\/h3>\n

For this cute 12 x 12 layout, we used the Paper Doll Teen Scene cartridge.<\/p>\n

The cute couple is cut out at 5.5 inches with all the layers.<\/p>\n

A night to remember\u00a0is cut out at 1.5 inches from Tie the Knot cartridge<\/strong>. Use the Gypsy to weld the letters together.<\/p>\n

The photo frame is cut out at 5.25 x 7.25 inches for a 5 x 7 photo.<\/p>\n

The little gems on the edges and the\u00a0necklace are the Uptown Girl Sparkle Lightz.<\/p>\n
