This year at CHA, when I first got to see the NEW Tim Holtz Hipster Dies & Stamps, I was totally in love! I was a huge fan of the Crazy Dogs & Cats but honestly, I like these ones even more. I would highly recommend buying on of our bundle deals on these. We have a few different choices, but my favorite is the Mini Cutter & Hipster Dies w/ Stamps Bundle because then you have everything you need (except the paper and ink) to complete these projects. I’ll discuss the other bundle options later in the post.
Long story short, I made a few cards so I’m sharing my Sizzix Hipster project ideas:
I made both cards using the CGull Mini Die cutting machine (the dies fit perfectly)! The Hipster Cat card is a 4.25″ square card. My favorite of the whole Sizzix Hipster collection is the Chimp Die. I just love this guy! I’ll definitely be using this die set again. This card is 4″ x 6″. Both of them were super easy to create.
Update: As promised, here is the tutorial video of the project:
Sizzix Hipster Designs
Upon its recent release, the Hipster collection included 5 different designs:
We have a few options for you. If you just want the dies and don’t care about the stamps, then just get the Hipster Dies bundle. You may already have the stamps or maybe you don’t want them. Crafters who are more skilled artists like to draw their own images.
If you are not really an artist, then go with the Hipster Dies and Stamps bundle, this bundle includes all five Hipster dies and the stamp set. Our best deal, however, is the Mini Die-Cutter & Hipster Dies w/ Stamps bundle (click on the image link). This bundle includes the CGull Mini Die Cutter, an Acrylic Stamp Mount, the dies, and the stamps. This bundle is only available from CraftDirect.com.
I know you want to share your Hipster Project Ideas with me, so please post them on our Facebook page. I can’t wait to see how yours turn out! This is the best place online to buy Sizzix dies online, so grab a few while you’re here.
