Hey there friends, this month we are happy to have Christi back doing blog posts for us after a short hiatus. We love her projects! To do this particular project, all you need is an electronic cutting machine and colored cardstock. If you like this Halloween card project, please share it with your friends in social media. You can download the project at the bottom of the post.
Wow, it’s not quite October and we already have snow on the mountains around the CraftDirect corporate offices! We are not ready for this yet. It’s time for Halloween projects, not hot cocoa and a blanket. We’re we excited because we have lots of free SVG designs that you are going to love. Aaron (our designer) was really busy this month. Nobody told him to work so hard, he just got carried away because he loves Halloween! This month, we have:
- (1) emoji series
- (4) Mason jar wrap designs
- (1) card/all-purpose design
- (2) t-shirt designs
Make these designs come to life by cutting your project material with an electronic die-cutter. The most popular machines we carry are the CAMEO 3 (have you seen the Pink CAMEO 3?) and the Explore Air 2. All you have to do is upload the free SVG design to your machine and then let it do all the hard work. Let’s get to the designs:
September is almost here, which means it’s time for some free SVG design downloads. Aaron Meyers is the artist, and he has a few fun and original ideas for you to try with your favorite electronic cutting machine. There are (1) scrapbook layout, (3) emojis, and to celebrate the addition of The Sweet Tooth Fairy to our website, Aaron made (1) tabletop cake decoration.

The paper pastry design is called Cake Tabletop Decor. Richelle made it with the new Cricut Maker machine. When cutting this project, you want to choose a sturdy material for the foundation. She used kraft board from the Cricut Kraft Board Sampler for the legs and the backing. The flame is from the Cricut Felt Sampler, and the rest is constructed from colored cardstock. After a one month layoff, we are excited to welcome Christi back. We are really excited about the way her project turned out. Remember that you can download the SVG for this back to school scrapbook layout project at the bottom of the post. You can use SVG files to cut, draw, etc. using electronic cutting machines.
It’s nearly August, which means it’s time for free SVG design downloads by Aaron Meyers. You can use these files with your Explore Air 2 or a CAMEO 3 to cut the images and phrases out of your craft material. For August, Aaron made (6) emojis and (1) back too school layout.
