Do you or your kids like counting down until Christmas? It’s right around the corner so liven up the place with this creation or something similar. With this super easy project you can easily count down the days all year long if you wanted.

Using an ordinary kitchen cutting board we painted the whole thing with chalkboard paint. For this project we used the Type Candy cartridge as well as the Cricut Paper Doll Dress Up cartridge.

“Days until” was cut out at 2 inches using the Better with Chocolate font. “Santa” was cut out at 2.61” (we did use the Gypsy to weld the letters together from the taffy script font.

The little Santa hat is from Paper Dolls Dress Up at 0.5” (using the real dial size). I cut this project from Cricut cardstock.

This project is super easy and quick to make you could easily make this as a fun neighborhood gift or family gift!
